1. Shipping Within India
Order Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays).

Delivery Time: Standard delivery takes 3-7 business days depending on the shipping location.

Shipping Charges:

Orders above ₹999: Free shipping

Orders below ₹999: ₹79 flat rate

Courier Partners: We work with leading logistics partners such as Delhivery , Bluedart, DTDC, and India Post to ensure reliable delivery.

2. International Shipping
Currently, we do not offer international shipping. Stay tuned as we expand our services globally.

3. Tracking Your Order
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via SMS/email to monitor its journey in real-time.

4. Delays & Exceptions
Delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances like extreme weather, logistical disruptions, or high order volumes during festivals. We appreciate your patience and understanding in such situations.

5. Shipping of Fragile Items (e.g., Metal Decoratives)
All fragile items are securely packaged with protective materials to avoid any damage during transit.

Please inspect your order upon delivery. In case of damage, contact our support team within 48 hours with photos of the damaged product and packaging.

6. Address & Delivery Issues
Please ensure that the shipping address and contact details are accurate. We are not liable for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect/incomplete addresses.

If a delivery attempt fails due to customer unavailability or refusal, re-delivery charges may apply.
