We at Blossoms ship our products all over India and offer the convenience of Cash on Delivery payment option for our customers. Please refer to the table below for our shipping charges:

We provide an estimated time of delivery on our shipping page, but please note that the delivery times may vary based on the location, distance, and logistics partners. While we cannot be held liable for any delays caused by the courier companies or postal authorities, we will help you track your package through our partner courier services.

Your purchases may be delivered from various locations and may arrive in more than one package, but you will be charged only one delivery fee for the entire order. Once your package has shipped, we will email you the tracking information.

Please note that Cash on Delivery is not a trial option, and payment is required before accepting the order. Refusal of COD orders will result in deactivation of the COD option for future orders. In some pin codes, our shipping partners may not support COD, and the option might be unavailable. If you have any queries, please contact our customer service helpline.

If you have any special time-bound delivery requirements, please email us and leave comments in your order regarding your requested time of delivery. While we will try our best to fulfill your order within the requested time, we cannot guarantee the same.

We work with safe and reliable courier companies such as Delhivery, Ecom Express, and Amazon Shipping to deliver our orders across India. However, in case your address is in a location not served by them, we will contact you to find an alternative solution to ensure your products reach you.

Please note that we require an email within 4 hours of the order being placed for any cancellations. If the order has already been shipped, cancellations will not be accepted. We will be unable to process any refund if an order is cancelled at the doorstep or if there have been 3 failed attempts to deliver the parcel by our delivery partner.

At Blossoms, we do not currently ship to PO Boxes or APO addresses, but we are working towards international shipping. For any queries or doubts, please feel free to write to us at info@blossoms.com.
